Raw Material Inspection
Every batch of steel coil undergoes strict chemical and mechanical testing before entering the mill.
Weld Seam Integrity
Advanced High-Frequency Induction (HFI) welding monitored continuously with automated heat sensors.
Eddy Current & NDT Testing
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) identifies internal flaws or surface micro-cracks invisible to the naked eye.
Hydrostatic & Dimension Check
Pipes are pressurized with water and measured with digital calipers to guarantee perfect shape and structural load capacity.
Require Test Certificates (MTC)?
We provide complete Mill Test Certificates with all shipments.
